Sales Gross Profits and Number of Board Turns per Frame Name

Do you want to know what the gross profit of your frame sales are? Before ordering frames, would you like to know the number of turns the frame has had based on the allocated Board Space? Would you like to know the Gross Profit of each frame by the board space allocated to the frame? Would you like to have a tool to hand to a frame rep so they can analyze the frame sales on their frames inventoried in the location?

This report is for you if you are curious about any of those questions!

This report, based on the filters, selects the frames sold and completes the net fee, cost, gross profit and once you enter the allocated board space for each frame name, the report calculates the Gross Profit per space - the higher the Gross Profit per Board Space the more profitable the frame per allocated space.

Frame Sales Gross Profit, Board Turns and Gross Profit per Board Based on Space Analysis

This report allows you to select the frame manufacturer and designer or commission class and then enter the amount of board space available for an individual frame name (not using color and size). Once entered, the report calculates the number of board turns and the Gross Profit per Board Space. The fees are net of discounts, package discounts and insurance discounts before and after allotments. Use this report to see which frames are turning and which have the highest gross profit based on the board space used. Eliminate ordering frames that don't turn or make you any profit. Have the frame reps use this report to see your frame sales and create the frame order.
